Shutdown Plugin Menu Option Not On MVP

I like the shutdown plugin, but can't seem to make it appear as a menu item on the MVP. I've checked the settings box for showing on the MVP, but it still doesn't show. Any ideas of where I should look?

Are you using the default blue skin or something else?

Try checking the "interact with the desktop" for the GBPVR recording service under Services.msc

A word of caution, though, this will restart the GBPVR service whenever somebody logs off WinXP
