How would I make SlimmGBPVR and MVPTrayIcon only run for one user on XP?

My pvr machine has two logins on it. When I have rebooted the machine and my wife happens to login before me, the Slimmgbpvr and MVPTrayIcon utilities run on her account. Then, if I login, it causes problems, plus multiple copies running taking up memory.

I have noticed when you install some apps it asks whether it should be only for this account or for all on this computer. Since these utils don't have that in the setup, how can I limit them to running on one account?

SlimmGBPVR only installs a startup shortcut to the user who installed it. It should not automatically run on another user's account. You can confirm this by going to Start Menu->Programs on the user who installed SlimmGBPVR. Right-click the Startup menu group and you can "Open" or "Open All Users". SlimmGBPVR should be in the window produced when you select "Open" and should not be in the window produced when you select "Open All Users".
