Is it PC Alchemy? They were very helpful to me. Email their support with the issue, then you'll have to order a new one and they will provide an RMA return label along with it to return the old one for credit.

Nop, got it from FutureShop (Canada)

But if PC Alchemy (got link?) got a good price, I may buy a second one and return mine to FutureShop... well, I'll see with Futureshop before, else I'll try to deal with Hauppage directly!
