After much weeping and gnashing of teeth, I was able to get GBPVR to work. I have a coax cable running into my PVR350 that provides basic cable up to channel 77 and a SVideo connection from my Digital Cable box for higher tier channels. I don't use a TV out, I only watch and record on my PC.

On WINTV2000, I had configured a channel to watch the higher tier feed from my cable box. Of course, I have to tune the cable box for the channel I want, but that isn't a big deal in the least. How would I go about setting up a channel to view from the cable box feed with GBPVR? I need to know how to set that up and then how to access it from the interface. Hopefully, it can be done.

You need to set up a second capture source, and configure it to use the 'svideo' input. Set up the EPG to have the channels which will be available via the svideo input. GB-PVR will automatically switch to using svideo when you use a channel that is available via this input.

You can do this in theconfig app, by adding a new capture source, by selecting PVR350 for Device and S-Video for the input. AND, if you want, you can probably get a USB-UIRT working with your Cable box to change the channel automatically once configured in GBPVR

How exactly would I go about configuring that? I am not extremely savvy in these matters (or in feeding myself, for that matter). BTW, you guys are quick!

The Same way you set up your PVR350's built in Tuner.
Open the Config App> Tab "capture Sources"> "Add"> Capture Card type=PVR 350> Source= S-Video External Tuner

Then, if you want EPG data, youll need an antoher EPG source, like another Zap2it account if your in the US, which has your digital channel lineup in it.

And then if want GBPVR to change the channel, youll need a channel changer

Right now my configuration shows this:

Device 1 Tuner BDA Recording Plugin XMLTV Plugin No Channel Changer
My Source Name Direct Recording Plugin Zap2it No Channel Changer

Is this the way it should look? And do I simply add a Device 2?
