Just a suggestion....
Make the default selection from the shutdown menu 'cancel' rather than 'ok'
I have ended up double pressing the remote enter button a few times waiting for a delay I sometimes get as this new system menu spins up the HDD (to read the space). the result is a shutdown that I didn't really want.
