Pausing TV

Hi, hopefully this isn't just me but when I pause TV it obviously goes into timeshift mode if not already there and then pressing pause will pause the picture but will also pause the sound and so an annoying sound will emit from the system. Is it possible to modify the pause facility so that in future although the picture is paused the sound is muted until un-paused?

Also when hitting pause in live tv it changes to time shift but doesn't actually issue the pause command, I have to press pause again. Is it possible to make it pause straight away (I appreciate I can rewind to see anything i miss anyway, so not a big issue)

This is the first time I've heard of anyone ending up with some audio during pause. It must be something funny in your setup. Mine is perfectly silent.

It's working the way I want it to work, so no I wont be changing this.

Ok thats fine if it is just me, just wanted to check. Time to hunt for some new soundcard drivers as just checked and it happens it MCE 2005 too!
