However, i don't really understand what you did. I thought you were using recordingsmanager, not renamerecording. Renamerecording does not use an xml file, as it only has two options: rename to just the episode name, or both the episode name and show name, the latter included with a command line switch. (Since this is all you want to do, maybe you should be using it instead of recordingsmanager)
I do have some suggestions, though. I think you should run everything from postprocessing.bat instead of parallelprocessing.bat. This will ensure that the processing is done after the recoding is finished. I adapted your batch file and posted it below. If you use this batch file, you should change the stayaliveminutes to zero or one in the recordingsmanager.xml
