Where's my postprocessing.bat?

Hi,
my computer was recently crashed, and I had to buy a new computer, etc..etc..
So, I installed the newest software v96.12 and I was planning to add all those comskip/comclean/renamerecording, etc BUT, I couldn't find postprocessing.bat file anywhere under c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr directory?
What's happening?

There usually isnt a PostProcessing.bat unless you create one.
