Postprocessing.bat not running on all recordings

Last night I had 4 shows set to record. All 4 recorded OK but postprocessing.bat ran on only 2 of them. I'm using TS Mux with multirecord with an HVR-2250.

Which is a specific recording that it didnt run on?

It didn't run on Antiques Roadshow or 24.

It did it again last night. 4 recordings but postprocessing.bat only ran on 2. It didn't run on Homeland Security and Fringe. It did run on Property Virgins and Vice Squad.

I think I can see what situation its not doing it, but I havnt had a chance to fix yet.

You can disable multi-record if you want to be sure its going to run it.

Thanks for the quick response. I'll try disabling multi-record and see what happens although, with only 2 tuners now (I had 4 analog and 2 digital but Comcast went to all digital) I really want to be able to use multi-record. I don't mind too much just dragging the recording onto the postprocessing.bat file in the morning when I see it didn't run after it recorded but would be nice to get everything working with no manual intervention. Hope you can find the fix.

Sub, I just have to say I don't know how you can make a living with all the time you spend with us freeware freeloaders. Don't know what we would do if you decided to let GBPVR go. I can't bare to even think about it.:eek:

I'm curious about this too. I just can't get consistent action out of the .bat file. Sometimes it'll process the file fine and other times it won't.

Does the multi-record patch help?

I did install the multirec patches and so far all recordings have had the postprocessing.bat file run on them but haven't yet done a 4 recording evening like when the problem happened before. The problem with these new patches now is that my computer won't go into hibernation like it did before the patches.
