System Status Plugin Installation

I unzipped the System Status Plugin to the GBPVR directory. Now what do I do? I don't see a way to enable it in the Config app. I saw something about editing the skin.xml file?

The plugin dll should be in the gbpvr\plugins directory. If you can't see it in the config app, normally means it can't find it....or there's a problem.
