Sorry, sub, I have a very simple system with just the one column of plugins. (Don't know how to make sub-menus!!).

I am intrigued by the reference to naming the channels. Mine are all "Unknown" and I can understand if it won't let you have them with the same name. But, how do you rename them before adding them? I just couldn't see any way to change the default.

Thanks for the effort to sort this. It's not a real biggie but it is silly that it won't work.

Ah, i think that i undestand you now. You make an AutoScan and alle detected Channels will be saved as "unknown"?

I saved them a little bit different, because i made an manual scan.

You can change the Names with your Keyboard. First you have to delete the Word "Unknown" by yourself and THEN enter a Name.

Hope this was right for you =)

Ah, finally cracked it! Just now I tried again and found the magic key to delete the UNKNOWN name. It was the right arrow key - very intuitive. So I stored a few more with different names and still only the one UNKNOWN was there. So I tried to Remove it. Nothing seemed to happen. Tried again a couple of times and then noticed that the frequ was changing on the UNKNOWN showing. Mmmm! So I kept Removing and then my renamed entries showed! Miracle. Tricky but I now can see my renamed entries.

Thanks, Htv, for trying so hard!

I have a very similar problem but I can change the name from unknown, I do a scan and each station I wish to keep I number sequentially. But after the 4th one no more are stored I can keep adding and they are just not there at the end. I am always left with the first 4 I kept.

Mine will store seven, only. Seems as if the eighth overwrites the last. Funny that yours only saves four.

On my only 20 will be saved.

sub told me weeks ago that the stations shouldn't be limited... I don't know what it is, or why it is ^^;

There is no limitation on the number of stations that you can add, but there must be something that triggers it to stop adding more stations - a duplicate name or something like that.

It's clear there is some bugs with the FM radio screen. It worked fine for me in my limited testing when I created this screen several months back, but I'm obviously not doning the exact same steps as you guys.

FM Radio isnt very high on my priority list, but if you're able to post any reproduceable set of steps for me to see the error here, then I'll fix these bugs.

Agree, FM radio should not be the biggest star on your horizon, sub. However, I hope my findings are useful.

If you add listings with the same name, only the first one shows. The subsequent ones will show, one at a time, if you remove the displayed one. (But note that this is for adds in the same session. A same name add in a new session will show up in its own right). But it gets more interesting! After getting 'stacked' same names, any other added unique name will not show until you remove the stacked duplicates. When you do this, the no-show unique names then get displayed.

Regarding the scan, if you cancel the scan and then restart it, the scan starts from where it left off but it never finds any more stations. Also, the scan point does not get reset unless you close and restart GBPVR. Exiting the FM Radio session does not do it.

Hope this makes sense.

Cheers.
