No video signal detected when changing channels

hi guys
when i try to change channels the guide changes but the channel doesn't on the set top box i get
'No video signal detected check signal blar blar blar"
So tv card is working
Remote must be working
but not changing set top box
any ideas guys?

So... how are you trying to change channels on the set top box? serial cable? built-in blaster of pvr-150? redrat? usb-uirt? magic? We need more info from you in order to have a chance to answer your question.

Complete Mce setup (all working for media center) have tried hip but still no luck Gp is getting the remote signal but not changing stb via mce blaster

This only related to when you have a capture source's channel changer set to use the "MCE2005 IR Blaster Plugin". Whilst a patch to this bug was posted here somewhere (I couldnt find it after a quick). You should probably use the ".exe channel changer" and HIP/hipsend instead, since it's all about this type of stuff, so they have much more time to focus on MCE IR blaster functionality than I do.

If it doesnt work with HIP, then it is also likely wont work with GB-PVR's built-in blaster functionality, even with patch applied, because we use the same mechanism.
