New Working Skin Editor (!)

These lines:

<SpecialElement name="Buttons" loc="10,65" size="165,40" spacing="2"/>
<SpecialElement name="Settings" visibleSettings="6" loc="125,62" spacing="1"/>

were changed to:

<SpecialElement spacing="2" name="Buttons" />
<SpecialElement visibleSettings="6" spacing="1" name="Settings" />

size and locations were stripped out causing failure.

its a bug. I'll fix it soon.
meanwhile you can add size and loc attributes as custom attributes using the "Properties" button in the property grid.
