Multiple MVP Issue

I have one rev D1 mvp that is working great. However, whenever I try to boot the H2's (have 2) they lock. All was well on 96.12

EDIT: They lock at loading applicaton. Then they reset and lock at the startup with the 5 bars on the 4th bar. The only way I can get them to restart is to leave them unplugged for atleast 5 min, then the process starts all over again. Attaching logs.
