won't change channels in timeshift mode with ver.09707

just installed to version 09709 and in live tv mode I can change the channels just fine but when I go to timeshift mode, I change the channel and it tries to go to channel 03 then just goes to channel 04 everytime, even if I change to I.E. channel 54 it still goes to 03 then goes to 04, I have the recording source set to direct recording plugin and in that I use fixed channel external tuner and tuning on cable and constant channel on 3, I'm abit confused....thanks
