Tuning Assistent without GBPVR

Sorry that I'm not using your media center, but only some of the utilities from it :/

Which files do TuningAssistent.exe needs to operate, if I'm not going to install the whole media center? If I just copy the TuningAssistent.exe to another computer it doesn't find my TV tuner.
