OSD for live tv shows previous show

In live tv, the show titles on the OSD don't seem to keep up with real time. They seem stuck where they were when I started gbpvr. My EPG is good.

PVR-250, Nvidia tv-out, xmltv listings (because I merge a few listings via a script).
