I'm a huge fan of GBPRV, but I'm having a bit of trouble...

I'm using v.96.12 (which I reverted back to recently since the Recording Service in the current version was failing a lot of recordings for me).

Yesterday, I got my analog cable service upgraded from 40 channels to 80. But the software doesn't want to recognize the extra 40 channels I just added.

I've gone so far as to complete uninstall the GBPVR software and reinstall it, but everytime I go to configure a new tuner -- in my case, a Hauppauge PVR 150 -- it only detects the original 40 channels I had before our upgrade.

I know the tuner gets those channels, since I can see them with the Tuning Assistant (as well as Hauppauge's crappy WinTV software). But I'd really like to get GBPVR to recognize them, as well.

I haven't found anything in the forums that helps -- though, it's possible that I'm just too tech-unsavy to understand some of the threads that might be applicable.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
S.

Incidentally, I'm using Zap2It for channel listings, and the DVS-MS Multiplexer.

Any thoughts on why I'm not getting the new channels 41-80?

Thanks,
S.

Does you zap2it channel line up contain listings for channels 41 - 80? ie, are those channels listed in the GB-PVR TV Guide? If they're not listed in the TV Guide, then they need to be added to you channel line up at http://labs.zap2it.com, then next time you a GB-PVR EPG update occurs the extra channels should appear.

Boy, do I feel stupid.
