I normally watch TV with the volume set to about 25%. However, the MVP requires the TV volume to be set at about 80%. I already have the 'internal' MVP volume set to full. Any ideas why the sound output is so low ? Can it be corrected ?

If you hook up a VCR and play a video to the same inputs on the TV, do you also have a volume issue?

Some users that have had this problem in the past have had to use the Hauppauge TweakTool to adjust the volume of MPEG files captured with their Hauppauge cards.

Honestly, it hasnt changed.

volume from DVD recorder etc is 'normal' ... therefore not an issue with the TV /Input.
