2 Cable Boxes & 2 Tuners Using 2 IR Blasters

OK... not quite sure how to solve this. I want to use 2 PVR 150's but I need some kind of IR blaster ( general term - not just including their MCE one ) ( eg redeye.co.uk / Uirt etc ) that I can can assign to each of my two cable boxes.

The net result giving GBPVR two cable boxes it can control sepratly for recording etc just like Sky Plus in the UK.... is it that difficult or am I over complicating this ?

Best I have done so far ( investigation wise ) 1 box, 1 PVR 150 and 1 IR Blaster only.....

I think ple's explanation in this thread about the zones available with USB-UIRT is quite good. I can't vouch for it myself though, as I have the USB-UIRT, but only 1 stb.

you can also do 2 boxes with the MCE one as well...not too hard either..
with HIP and hipwsend.exe you can specify which blaster to use for which tuner...
i've had great results with mine.. [had to learn the codes for my box]

HIP can do it too. We had the writer of HIP add the feature where you can actually select which blaster is fired...

Thanks guysn - will have a look.... trying to avoid MCE... looks nice but does not do it for me other wise
