Have you noticed support sites that are starting to setup live chat interfaces. Quite interesting. Tried this at work with a vendor and it was better than I though (cf telephone). As you talk through an issue the support rep can ask for "can I see this config/logfile" and you just copy/paste it directly into the live chat window. e.g.
http://www.atlassian.com/support/support-directory.jsp (see the live help icon - although right now it's off line)
Just a thought. Perhaps in your case this is something you mightn't really want hey
