Music Server: add "traverse subdirectories" option

I like the GB-PVR music plugin, but it seems limited to single-directory access. That is, I can only shuffle or play music files seen on the GB-PVR screen.

I would like a "traverse subdirectories" option in the browser, so that GB-PVR would pull all music files in the selected directory and any subdirectories.

For an example, just take a look at Winamp 2.x.
