Attached are the logs. Fiddled with it and Windows Master and Wave Out do not bring up the OSD. As far as I know, I have copied the correct files to the correct locations. Help!

Looking at the logs its missing skin files. The easy way to install is to extract the whole zip file with to the gbpvr folder, this should put the files in the right place.
You should have a Volume folder with a skin.xml file in the skin/blue folder. Post again if any problems
