I have two 150 tuners. The first is setup for input from the cable on my regular analog channels. On the same tuner, I have a second capture source setup to bring in composite input from my STB for the higher digital channels. The second tuner is just set up for analog channels. I have the EPG and channels set up for each capture source so the analog channels only can be recorded on the analog setups and the digital channels will only record off the composite input on my first card.
If I schedule an analog show, then schedule a digital show in the same time slot, I get a conflict. It looks like they are both trying to use the same card. I think I have read that the first show will go to the first card, but is there a way to give the high channels a priority and bump my first scheduled show to the second (available) card?
Do I need to setup my "dual use" card as my second tuner so it will use this one first? Can this be done easily without having to blow out my config and reedit the EPGs?
