I currently have a usb ir based MCE remote and receiver working with GBPVR, but I want to replace the remote with the one for all 8910. OFA customer support upgraded the 8910 with code 1272 for use with MCE.
Everything seems to work except for the chapter skip buttons which normally skip by 1 minute in GBPVR.
I tried using the learning remote function to reassign the keys based on the codes from the remote that came with the mce usb ir receiver, but the only work one time. In other words, I have to hit skip one minute, use another key, skip one minute in order for it to keep skipping.
Is their a way to make this work correctly without getting the jp1 cable?
