Episode descriptions in recordings gone?

I read a post a couple of days ago about the new version removing the episode descriptions being shown when you're browsing recordings. I was really enjoying this feature and would like to put it back if possible. There was a fix posted, something about changing the config file. I've been searching for like 20 minutes, but can't seem to find the post.
