The latest card FusionHDTV3 uses a Conexant chip CX23881 .
I think this card could work (have not tried yet) except it might need some additional support.

You mentioned on your configuration page...

This option is useful if you want to use an external live TV application - select the path to the .exe file and the arguements your live TV application requires (e.g. "/channel=&quotWink - the channel can be passed by entering "{channel}" (e.g. "/channel={channel}&quotWink.

If you think of any other unusual uses for this option....

The additional support I think that would be needed would be to specify which tuner source, digital or analog, to use.  And for digital channel, a sub-channel id would be required.  That is, digital stations might have channel identifier of 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 which maybe located on physical channel 27.  For the first step I think just having one subchannel would work, since most of the time the other subchannels may not have useful info.

There is a universal MPEG splitter which should make like a bit easier seperating the subchannel... it can be found here

I think the other issue might be audio.  I noticed your configuration doesn't specify where to get the audio.  In the case of the FusionHDTV3 card, the audio is sent over the PCI interface which I think is embedded in the MPEG stream.  It uses the standard .tp (transport stream) file format.  But I'm sure the codec shows seperate output connections in GraphEdit.

It would be wonderful if this support could be added.  Especially since DVICO http://www.dvico.com manufaturer of the Fusion) is developing a wide range of digital cards, from DVB, HDTV, digital cable, etc.  Many markets are now being supported.  All of their new cards use the same Conexant chip
