I already used tuning assistant and all my channels are scanned and I have the frequency numbers. EPG has been updated zapit account has been activated. My question is where do I program the channels with the frequency numbers.

Thanks

US/Canada zap2it users dont usually have use the Tuning Assistant. Typically you'd just create you capture source, import your zap2it epg and you're away.

In the US, channel 4 is transmitted on channel 4, channel 9 is transmitted on channel 9. In the rest of the world, channel 4 might be transmited on channel 56 or some other channel, channel 9 likewise can be transmitted on any frequency - which is where the tuning assistant comes.

That could mean pretty much anything. It's .net's way of saying that something unexpected happened. You'd need to check the gbpvr logs (or zip them up and attach them here for someone to look at them) in order to see what went wrong.

I use Zap2It with a PVR150, and I notice one channel is just out of tune enough to get no sound; My signal is off cable, with one multiplexor splitting between the TV and PVR150. The TV can tune this channel just fine, but I've swapped inputs and still have no sound on channel 7. I'd like to try tweaking the channel frequency; is there any way to manually enter the channel frequency while using EPG and Zap2it?

Thanks,
murph.

Sure... if you know which frequency to use, you can enter it instead of the channel number in the capture source config tab...

didn't realize it was so easy (thumbs up again sub!)

unfortunately adjusting the frequecy up or down a little didn't fix the problem, so I ran out and picked up a signal splitter/amp (one designed for use with cable modems), installed and still had no luck, was about to flip out when I rebooted and viola! - SOUND!! now I'll just try to never touch anything back there ever again...

i'm also a little suspicious that the coax in on my PVR150 may be fidgety.

just wanted to post in caase others encouter a similar issue....
