Hi,

I want a way to stop a recording in progress, but instead of "Cancel Recording" I want PostProcessing.bat to run on the recorded piece. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks.

I believe GB-PVR calls the PostProcessing.bat only at the completion of a recording, not one that was manually ended.

I used to ask 'why?' Now I just reinstall...

I'd like this as well. I use post-processing.bat to update status on the HTPC LCD. So currently if I cancel the recording the LCD still shows as recording.
There are cons to this as well as others use this bat file to start transcoding etc. and they will not want this to run on a cancelled recording. I shall probably try to find another way around my problem (e.g. run a regular scheduled task to update LCD).

Maybe this is the wrong forum since it might be better posted to GBPVR and not the this utility, but if there were a CancelProcessing.bat that would run after a recording is canceled, that would suffice.

Verified with sub.....this functionality is currently only available when the recording runs to completion.
