it would be nice to be able to enter a description for manual recordings. Also a minute time increment (instead of 10 minutes). And of course, recurring recordings, not just "once".

Thanks

another thing with the manual record, you don't appear to be able to record over the midnight time e.g. scheduling a recording that starts on one day and finishes on the next.

Sticking a second day field above the finish date would probably fix that.

btw this program is *great" i'm having a few problems with live tv but it seems amazing, and very impressive for someone doing it in their spare time [Image: smile.gif]

dageshi,

Just so you know. The end time is always assumed to be after the start time. So you can record past midnight. e.g. set start date as required, set start time to 11pm, set endtime to be 1am - it'll record for two hours.

The maximum recording time with a manual recording is 23 hour 59 minutes.

I just tried it again [Image: smile.gif]

I entered start record time of 23:50

and a finish time of 00:20

as soon as I moved up and down an option, the recording immediately came up as "failed" but scheduling any other recording as long as it wasn't over the midnight time doesn't immediately fail.

I can confirm that - I even put it in the quick start guide! [Image: tounge.gif]

Looking in the database, what appears to happen is the data is prepended onto the time, so it becomes 27/01/04 11:00 to 27/01/04 01:00 which fails, rather than 28/01/04

Cheers,
Andy
