Problem Adding Reference

I'm running through the tutorial trying to create a basic hello world plugin in Delphi .net. When I try to add a reference to GBPVRPublic.dll, I get the error E:\gbpvr\GBPVRPublic.dll is not a valid assembly, type library, or COM object.

Any thoughts?

Answered my own problem. Delphi doesn't currently support .Net 2. Crap. Thread closed.
