prevent anti-aliasing of fonts?

just personal preference, but i hate ant-aliasing of fonts. I turn off all the cleartype in xp. any way to turn off anti-aliasing in gbpvr?

No there isnt.

Setting <AntiAlias>false</AntiAlias> in config.xml will disable quite a bit of it, but not all. It'll probably look pretty crap because of the low resolution used in most skins.

where do u add the line of code? at the end of the file? i'm running at 1024x768 on 15" lcd. are there custom builds of gbpvr that's designed for native xga screens? or, are all of them design for a smaller size like 640x480?

you should be able to add that line of code anywhere in the config.xml file

its all about skins, and Nuoro should work for you, go check it out.
however you may find that some plugins are hardcoded to 720x480, there isnt much you can do about that. good luck

and yes its 720x480, all NTSC SD video is 720x480, there is lots and lots of information out there about why, which I dont feel like typing right now
