concerning translations: are you planning sort of language files? could someone help you with this?

I'll have to think about that one. I realise this would help a lot of people in non english speaking countries, but there would be a lot of work to go back and retro fit this to all existing screens.

you're right. but for the first step, it would be enough to make the main-screen-buttons customizable and the task-description. all the other buttons and captions (except some plugins and the popup-screens) can be changed in their skin.xml files. the "technical" users could then change the skins and users from other countries could download them.

the problem with this solution is, that one must change the entire skin to change the language. but for the beginning this would be enough.
