emuzed Bali support

i have an HP Pavillion zd7000 w/ MCE and the tuner is a USB tuner made by emuzed, its their Bali USB tuner with an hp sticker on it. i'm almost 100% sure its not compatible with the generic GO7007SB.

so could gbpvr add this to the list of supported tuners

I dont have access to one of these devices, but some information of the steps required to get it running can be found below. To date I dont know of any one that has tried to get GB-PVR work with this device.
