How do I change the look when using Community skin?

I must be missing something. I can't figure out how to change the looks of the community skin. I have selected Community skin in the config but how I do I change the look on the fly? I did a quick search and couldn't find anything.

You use the skin plug-in.

Thanks Jeff. After I installed it I didn't go back into configuration so the skin button didn't appear. It is working now and it is pretty slick.

The next release will prompt to run the config.exe utility if it doesn't see a previous installation of the CommunitySkin (It looks for the install log, if not found will assume a first time install and plugin not registered in the config.xml file).

The prompt will read:

The Config Utility needs to be run to enable the Skin Plugin.
You may exit it without changing anything. Do this now?

Looking in the config.xml file for:

<Task enabled="true">Skin</Task>

proved to be more of a challenge for the installer script due to the " " in the string. If I figure out how to do this, I will change the script to do this instead of looking for the install log.
