Screen Saver to leave you where you were before activation

Currently, whenever the screen saver activates and then you hit the remote to "wake up" the remote it actions the first key.
Unfortunately the first key pressed is normally the back key... DOH! this normally means we end up back at the Main Menu, would it possible to have an option that the first key pressed just disactivates the screen saver and any subsequent key press is then actioned as normal?
