Yet another Object reference not set to an instance of an object?

Hello,

I am a newbie, and really excited to get GBPVR up and running. However, my first problem is that I am getting the ubiquitous Object reference not set to an instance of an object error when I try to watch live tv. I have a PVR150, which is working fine under WinTV. I'm attaching what I hope are all relevant logs to this message.
