Hopefully someone can point me towards a simple solution to this some what annoying problem. I just recently started to use I-xmltv to pull my EPG data. I like the fact that I can schedule to only record new shows if I want. However, that little asterisk is actually causing some problems with images in xrecord. If I set up gbpvr to record only the new episodes of any show (the ones with a *), when I go to view the icon for the program in xrecord it says that it can not find a poster for it, despite the fact that there is one in the art directory for it. Of course I can not just add an asterisk to the image file names in the art directory , because windows doesn't like it.

This obviously doesn't affect actually watching the program or anything of real importance other than the WAF (which some may argue is more important than anything else...). I'm open to any suggestions.

Thanks!
Steve

try adding two spaces to the end of the images file name and see if that works with xrecord.

One space did the trick! Thanks for the help, the WAF has started to stabilize once again.
