Live preview locking when recordings in progress (v.99.5)

I upgraded to .99.5 with its' release without any problems. I also added a second tuner (before upgrading to .99.5). I'm using a PVR150 retail (1045) with a PVR150MCE (w/out FM). I have them setup as capture device 1 (retail) and capture device 2 (MCE).

If I have 1 recording in progress, I can view live TV on the other tuner. No problem. With both tuners recording, it tells me that no tuner is available and offers either as an option to watch. If I try to view either channel in progress, GBPVR.exe just locks up and it doesn't do a thing. I had to end-task it in the end.

Log files attached. The recording service doesn't really show anything other than when "the girl next door" started recording and later when I cancelled it after locking twice.

Was this on an MVP or your PC?

The logs you're provide were for an MVP, but dont seem to show the problem. If it was on the PC, you'll probably need to disable the MVP server (otherwise we'll get MVP logs again), then reproduce and repost the logs.

Yeah, it was on the PC. I'll try disabling the MVP tonight and I'll post up some new logs.

I disabled the autostart of the MVP and created a whole new set of logs.

I checked both recording in progress and both of them are continually growing before I tried to watch one of the channels in progress.

Interresting..

I changed the config for my second tuner (PVR150MCE w/out FM) from a card type of "Hauppauge PVR150MCE" to just "Hauppauge PVR150". So now both tuners are defined as the same type, with the exception of the retail being capture device #1 and the MCE as capture device #2.

Now live preview does work on either card when both tuners are recording.

Does that seem odd?

Yeah, thats a bit odd. The only difference between the two is a setting that says one supports FM Radio, but that setting isnt even read until you try to listen to FM Radio.
