Comcast channels missing -Configured twice

Have a Haup 500 that I've configured channels with zap2it. But missing channels from line-up.Some in the 30's and skips form 40 to 70. i do tuning assistant and these channels are there.I've established recording source twice. Still can't get the channels. Is there a default that needs to be reset?537magspc@comcast.net

But in short, if you Zap2it, log into Zap2it and remove any channels that you are not subscribed to.
