Missing Channels Comcast

Have comcast and when I do the channel tunning assistant, it shows all the available channels from 1-100. I then setup my config and establish receiver data.

Do the Channels and I get some missing. Some in the 30's and all from 40-70

I do the tunner setup numerous times but no joy

What you may find is that the same channel name is appearing in multiple places in your channel lineup, and in this case only the last one will be shown. This has been reported a few times in the past.

Log into http://labs.zap2it.com and view you channel lineup. Check the name of one of the channels that is missing, then search the page for any other occurrances of channels with the same name.

I was having this problem also, and following that train of thought, I logged into Zap2it and modified my channel listing, removing any that I do not subscribe to. That did it! Now all (most) of the missing channels are back and life is good.
