Automatically switch to recording show

You could have an option to automatically switch to the proper channel and start viewing the show it has just started to record instead of just ending what ever you are watching, and flipping you back to the menus.

You might even want to POP up a box, saying that the show "blah blah" will start recording on 1 minute, {cancel, let record}

Also, along the same lines, you could also set up a tuner scheduler, so it will automatically switch to a certain channel at a certain time, so you don't forget to watch your favourite show, not record it, but just auto tune it.
