No Live TV

I have the entire Channel database, but when I try to actually watch, I get the error, "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." I am using the Hauppauge PVR USB2. I'm using version 0.99.5

Try running the ReRegisterFilters.bat file from the GB-PVR directory.
