Small Wish

I wish people would not post support question without having searched the forums extensively. I see the same questions over and over. I’ve pretty much managed to fix all my issues by checking out what other people have done first (and have even been able to assist others in my humble way from what I’ve learnt).

I understand some people experience problems no one has seen before - but where can I download this mux, my video stutters, my sound is out of sync, etc.. how many times is this asked and answered??
