TV recordings from networked computer

Hi. I just orderd an Onair GT, with the plan of using it with GBPVR. I have spent the last 6 months trying to get a MyHD to work properly in Xlobby, and I give up! Problem is, I will have a MyHD with nothing to do. I could sell it on Ebay, but I was thinking that I could put it in my main computer, and do some recordings on that machine, but somehow play them back on the HTPC with GBPVR. Is this possible without too much trouble?

I dont really know anything about the MyHD device. Does it have BDA drivers? If so, then you should be able to use it to do ATSC OTA recordings. It wont do QAM recordings.

Thanks for the reply. I am looking for qam recordings. I have even gone as far as sending an email to MIT asking them to send you the drivers, with no response. I really like your program. It just works! Can I play the recordings from the other computer, or is the MyHD headed for Ebay?
