I cant get the ehome IR blaster to install drivers on Windows XP x64, nor can I get the Nvida Dualtv to install driver either. Did I screw up when I got x64 instead of x32?
Do the latest drivers from the vendor websites state specifically that they support XP x64?
x64 != x32 when it comes to drivers. 32 bit drivers on 64 bit OS WILL absolutely NOT work. This is one of XP x64's hangups right now - the OS has had such a short shelf life that I seriously doubt many vendors will be providing drivers for it now that Vista has RTM'ed and been released. To them, a niche user group isn't worth the effort...
Yeah m8 you and me both lol,, nm from what i rem xp64 is actually the pro version and entitles u to use the licence to install any previous version of windows even if its the oem version so if u really hate the lack of driver compatibility just install xp pro32 n u'll still be legal
