Geniatech A8000?

Has anyone gotten a GENIATECH HDTV Thriller A8000 to work with GBPVR? They're going pretty cheap on eBay and I thought about trying one out - but don't really want to be a beta-tester If you have gotten it to work, were you able to get the analog side working as well as the HD side?

Yeah, I've got one. I picked it up to experiment with Terrestrial HDTV. The digital side works with gbpvr, the analog side does not. You will need to use the OEM program that came with the card for both to work.
I ended up putting it in another PC and running the oem software for it, keeps the young fella happy, with hdtv no less :-)
That said, I wouldn't buy it again. It needs serious horsepower to run clean because she is totally software dependant. My pc running gbpvr has 3 hauppauge cards in her and runs flawless...pretty good for a celeron that was destined to become a boat anchor.
