navigating menu

Hope I have the right name. Recently the menu that as Record at the top has been generating some new buttons labeled "New Menu" Pressing them goes nowhere. There are now 4 or 5 of them, I think that they have pushed "main menu" off of the page. How do I deleted these unwanted buttons?

In the plugins tab of the config app, you should be able to highlight any unwanted submenus and delete them. You can also use this screen to drag and drop to whatever order you want.
