Rename Recording plugin ?

I'm using rename recording plugin and it does a great job but the ones that don't have an episode name it has a list of numbers after the main name like this.
Fight Science_20070213_19002100.mpg
How can i get rid of the numbers?:confused:

The numbers you see are left there on purpose. This is the default format that GBPVR uses to keep recordings unique so they aren't overwritten. If the numbers were dropped then future recordings would overwrite the existing recordings. So in answer to your question, you can't get rid of the numbers if there is no information in the episode guide to add a subtitle to the recorded name.

Thanks for the reply. It's not a big deal I just thought it would look better without all of the numbers. I'm new to all this capture card stuff butt I'm learning. Thanks again for your help.

try addepisode. its a bit more user configurable than rename recording, so you can do what you have asked about. Addepisode is in the wiki under utilities.
