Hey thanks for the Great plugin, I did get it going you were right about the Database change, i found GBPVR has a utlitiy built in to do this, it is called ChangeDatabase utility to switch to SQLite. I found a tread on somebody else needing to change to SQlite.
One thing to remember is to check the top box or you will lose all your recordings. It also had to reload the GBPVR backend DLL again to get the EPG to update the listings.

I am on 1.0.16 and use SQLite. In gbpvr config the plugin is found, configured (as default) and selected, but GBPVR does not show it. The dll seems to be in the right place and also all other whizsearch files according to what I read in prior postings.

One more piece of the puzzle. I can se the plugin in MVP but not on the PC screen. I never changed either skin, blue default in both cases.
Thanks

elsewhere you advised someone to run gbpvr and not pvrz2. From that I got the fix. My shortcut was running gbpvr on the desktop but MVP is tunning pvrx2. So the issue is solved, if I run pvrx2 on the desktop I see searchwhiz and it works fine. Great plugin, THANKS.
However I too wouldprefer running GBPVR and my plugins all work with itexcept searchwiz. Is there anything that I can do to run your plugin from the gbpvr blue screen?
Thanks

The new version of SearchWiz will not show in PVRX2. I believe the old version of the plugin will still work with the GBPVR UI.

Both versions can exist at the same time, so try installing the old version (compatible with 99.12), and I believe you should see it on the GBPVR UI. Note, any of the new version enhancements will NOT be available in GBPVR UI.
